General Statement of Duties:
The Department of Nursing and Allied Health seeks applicants for a temporary, full-time faculty position for spring semester 2020, at the level of Instructor or Assistant Professor. Duties include developing and teaching courses in the areas of Adult Health. This position also includes teaching clinical skills to nursing students in the clinical setting and simulation lab setting. Candidates must possess experience in caring for adult patients in a current health care setting. Candidates must be willing to teach courses outside their specialty and in all areas of the program based on need. Experience with on ground and on-line education preferred.
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with a minimum of three years of recent full-time experience in adult health nursing
- Current licensure (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
- Strong clinical skills.
- A doctorate degree or matriculation in a doctoral program
- Teaching experience at the baccalaureate level.
