Psych Choices is looking for an experienced psychiatrist who can work mainly with adults in an outpatient private practice setting for 10-15 hours a week. Position would start approximately April 2019.
Qualified candidates would be expected to: meet with 2-4 patients per hour, diagnose and treat episodic/chronic illnesses, handle necessary medication and therapy needs, perform comprehensive physical exams, and facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals as necessary within the practice. Good knowledge of coding guidelines and therapy add-ons is preferred. Competitive compensation based on experience, coding, and number of patients seen per hour.
